Inkwell Veterinary Emergency Clinic will be collecting opt-in verbally from their customers. Customers can opt in to receive messages either in person at the clinic or over a phone call when contacting the clinic. When a customer is registered for the first time, staff will request the customer's phone number and ask if the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based communications.
